Dating back to the 7th century, it is the only construction that remains of an ancient monastery, and was declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1921.

Of small dimensions, the exterior is characterized by the wise play of volumes. It has a Greek cross plan, preceded by a portico on either side of which there are two rooms.

The interior, of great austerity, is completely vaulted, with the exception of the side rooms that have a wooden ceiling.
