This waterfall is the longest in Galicia and overcomes a height difference of two hundred meters in the search of the Caldo riverbed.
The name Corga da Fecha comes from the words "corga" which means opening made by the bed of small streams and "date" which is a small amount of water formed by these same.

On the road up to A Portela do Home there is a viewpoint enabled for the observation of A Corga da Fecha from a certain distance, which allows to appreciate it in its totality and to understand its geographical and landscape context.
